Placing orders on the website
The customer can place orders on the site by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and providing delivery and billing information, and then finalizing the order by making the payment through one of the methods expressly indicated. By completing the order, the buyer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order.
Payment and delivery methods for orders
To pay for the order, depending on your preferences or the options available for the respective order, we accept bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) or cash on delivery (cash on delivery). Orders are shipped by express courier. The delivery time for products by express courier is normally between 1-3 business days from the moment the order is registered on the website. www.nuoderm.ro . Most of the time, the courier will deliver the orders within 1-3 business days of their shipment. The seller undertakes to send the tracking number for each order shipped by express courier, in the shipping confirmation email. For various reasons, it is possible that deliveries made by the carrier may not be made within a maximum of 1-3 business days (adverse weather conditions, strikes, system errors, etc.), and in these situations, please request details about your package in writing or by phone, from the courier company, using the AWB tracking number found in the email received from us, and if you are not satisfied with the transport services provided by the courier company, please notify us of the situation created in order to remedy the problem.
The delivery time may be exceeded in certain cases such as promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas Sales, Easter Campaigns, etc.) or periods when roads are impassable (floods, heavy snowfall, etc.).
The seller is not responsible for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors: adverse weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, disasters, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the express courier from delivering the packages within 1-3 days (example of other situations: carrier system errors, high volume on the respective route, etc.).
The seller will not pay compensation for damages caused by the failure to deliver the products on time. The seller does not provide compensation for packages delivered late for reasons beyond the seller's control.
The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal and refuse any package delivered late.

S.C. NUODERM SRL reserves the right to change the conditions under which free shipping is granted, to change the courier company used or the cost of shipping services. Any such change will be brought to the attention of customers through the information presented on the site and will be applicable only to future orders, not to those already placed by the customer.
Territorial delivery
Although the website www.nuoderm.ro is accessible worldwide, S.C. NUODERM SRL offers and sells products and ships packages only to addresses within Romania. The Seller reserves the right to limit, at its sole discretion, access to the Site and/or the provision of any quantity of any product or service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction if it so desires.
Flat rate billing
The prices of the products and services displayed are expressed in lei and include VAT according to the legislation in force. The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each order. The seller will issue an invoice to the buyer for the products and services delivered, the buyer's obligation being to provide all the information necessary for issuing the invoice according to the legislation in force.
The seller will send the buyer the invoice for the order as well as for any other payments related to the order, including cancellation invoices in electronic format, by adding the invoice to the customer's account (if any) or by electronic mail, to the email address specified by the customer.
For correct communication of the invoice related to the order, the customer is obliged to update the data in his account whenever necessary and to access the information and documents related to each order existing in My Account.
If orders are paid with a card associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. For payment by bank card, the seller does not charge additional fees.
